Arabesque Earth Shakers is one of Arabesque Academy’s professional troupes. It consists of 5 Lead Dance Artists and 5 Apprentices.
It is the hope that the very presence of a serious ensemble of dance artists who celebrate the full, robust figure will help diminish the current aggressive media propaganda whose message is that there is only one acceptable size for humans to be. Pride and happiness can often offer a healthier alternative to unnatural manipulation of the physical body.
